Every relic is hand-checked before transmission. Processing window is 1–3 business days from order confirmation. Drops are processed in the order they arrive — patience is faith.

Tracking

A tracking number is transmitted to your inbox the moment your relic ships. Tracking activates within 24h. Use the order number on /track-order to check status without logging in.

Customs & duties

For US, CA, UK, and EU orders, all duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — no surprises at delivery. Other regions may incur local duties at the recipient's expense.

Lost in transmission

If your package is marked delivered but missing, contact support@angelexe.shop within 7 days with your order number. We will open a carrier claim and re-transmit a replacement once cleared.
