30 day window

Eligibility

Relics may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Drop-exclusive and final-sale items are non-returnable and clearly marked at checkout.

How to initiate

• Email support@angelexe.shop with your order number and reason.
• You will receive a prepaid return label within 24h (US only — international returns are at sender's expense).
• Repackage in the original mailer or any clean substitute. Drop at any carrier location.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (typically 3–5 business days), the refund is transmitted to your original payment method. Banks may take an additional 5–10 days to settle.

Exchanges

For size or variant exchanges on the same SKU, we ship the replacement at no additional cost as soon as the original is received and inspected.

Damaged or wrong item

If your relic arrives damaged or incorrect, photograph it and email support@angelexe.shop within 7 days of delivery — we'll re-ship immediately at our cost.
